Formed in January 2017, Tripod Executive has been launched to directly support local government and health departments to deliver efficiencies across the board. Our business model is simple: we aim to deliver results without compromising on either integrity or quality.

We promise to continue to embrace innovation and best practice.  Our team has direct access to global network of advisors and subject matter experts in the social work field which enables us to introduce and deliver alternative solutions to long standing challenges.  We would also be keen to share with you our first-hand experience of alternative delivery models & assessment tools for Social Care encompassing both Children and Adults Services.

 

 It is also important to us that our practice standards and modus operandi stand up to external scrutiny so we took the unprecedented step of engaging with an independent social work practice advisor from day 1. This allows Tripod Executive to design and deliver projects with a greater level of reassurance for our clients. We are also signed in and deliver via all of the major supply frameworks so this should provide piece of mind for HR and Procurement alike.
